CAS constructed the modern concrete glass home in the downhill slopes of Dacha, compounded by woods. The client was interested in having his house linked to its woodland location. Therefore, our team of designers leveraged concrete and glazing stretched windows across the lengthy facades of the structure to provide the house with a view of the surrounding nature. The combination of facades symbolizes strength, delicate glass and wood, combined with the nature’s greenery to proffer the contradictory touch to the building.
One of the primary features of the stylish French modern concrete Glass home is the concrete staircase which cuts right through the modular hub. The staircase connects the rooms on the main floor to each level and also acts as the added terrace on the rooftop.
